We Do
As central Florida's premier commercial framing, drywall, and stucco company, Superior Structures was founded with the intention of providing top-quality work for the most demanding clients. Our primary scope of work includes Division 05 - Metals and Division 09 - Finishes. In addition, our scope includes associated divisions for which we are happy to provide supplemental tie-in bids. Superior structures in a licensed and bonded general contractor and will competitively bid your next interior fit-out.

Superior Structures, Inc. has grown from a small framing and drywall subcontractor in 1996 into one of Florida’s most trusted construction firms. Under the leadership of licensed professional engineer Beshara L. Harb, who brought over 25 years of expertise in engineering, general contracting, and real estate development, the company expanded into a premier provider of framing, drywall, and stucco services. Through a steadfast commitment to quality and integrity, Superior Structures has built a strong reputation, earning the trust of leading general contractors who rely on their expertise to execute large-scale commercial projects. This dedication has propelled the company into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, employing over 100 skilled professionals and contributing to the successful completion of thousands of projects, encompassing tens of millions of square feet of commercial space.
In 2021, Roger Stephan joined as a partner, bringing over 30 years of experience with top-tier general contracting and construction management firms, including 20 years with Skanska, where he led a $250 million annual operation in Southwest Florida. His extensive industry knowledge, financial acumen, and track record in engineering, commercial construction, and luxury real estate development have further strengthened the company’s capabilities. Over the years, Superior Structures has cultivated deep relationships with some of the most well-recognized general contractors, including Skanska, Barr & Barr, Creative Contractors, JE Dunn, Hawkins Construction, DPR Construction, and Manhattan Construction. These firms fully trust and rely on Superior Structures to deliver complex, large-scale projects with excellence. Together, Beshara and Roger continue to uphold the company's mission of delivering superior construction services, shaping the built environment with expertise and integrity.
